We understand your need to identify, recruit, and hire quality talent in an efficient, yet comprehensive manner. We also understand that visiting 29 different campuses may prove to be difficult, if not altogether impossible. So, our focus is simple. We leverage technology to connect your company and current hiring needs to students attending our member schools. We do this in a number of different ways.

Accounting Interview Day

For more than 15 years, the Recruiting Network has hosted an annual interview event in early Fall to help publicly and privately held companies recruit accounting/finance students for both full-time and internship opportunities.

Spring Interview Day

Since its inception in 1984, the Recruiting Network has hosted centralized interview days designed to connect employers from all industries with students from its member schools. As a participant at our spring interview day, it is possible for you to meet individually with your preselected 13 candidates in one day, all from different colleges in Iowa.

Health and Nonprofit Career Connection

The demand for talented professionals from various backgrounds continues in the health and nonprofit industries. You may provide services in fields such as health, education, arts, the environment, human services, and many others; we strongly encourage you to participate in this online resume collection. Why is this event online? Many students use technology in their job search. Offering a highly publicized online event within a specific timeframe increases student traffic, while allowing organizations easy access to students. Just as important, an online event saves time and resources for organizations and students.
