Overview of Recruiting Event

After requesting an interview schedule, recruiters receive instructions for posting their job and internship opportunities online through ICoRN CareerLink. Recruiters are encouraged to post all positions that may be of interest to our 50,000 plus students. In early September, students from our 29 member institutions review the openings and submit their resumes and other requested documents online. On Wednesday, September 12 recruiters will receive an email with a link to all of their applications. The applications are available to view online, print, and/or save. Recruiters select up to 13 students (plus alternates) to interview at the Accounting Interview Day. On Friday, September 28, all pre-selected students and employers drive to Waverly and meet in private rooms for a 30 to 45 minute, in-person interview.

NEW Employers - Request an Account in ICoRN CareerLink:

1. Complete a brief registration profile in ICoRN CareerLink by clicking on the Register button. After receiving an email with your username and password, request an interview schedule (see below).

All Employers - Request an Interview Schedule:

1. Go to https://icorn-csm.symplicity.com/employers. 
2. Enter your username (your email address) and password in the log-in section. If needed, click "Forgot Password" and a new password will be sent to your email. . 
3. In July, select "Register for ICoRN Interview Event" under "SHORTCUTS" on the right side of the home page. 
4. The Recruiting Session to choose is "2012 Accounting Interview Day" and the OCR Model is "Preselect to Alternate." Request a 30- or 45-minute interview schedule. 
5. Click on the "Submit" button.

After your request has been approved, you will be able to post your job and/or internship openings for students to review. The one-time fee ($350) allows you to post unlimited jobs and internships.
