Spring Interview Day

Since its inception in 1984, the Recruiting Network has hosted centralized interview days designed to connect employers from all industries with students from its member schools. 

Overview of Recruiting Event

After completing the Registration Profile, employers receive instructions for posting their full-time career and internship opportunities online through ICoRN CareerLink. Students from our 29 member institutions review the openings and submit their resumes and other requested documents online. After the application deadline, employers review all applications and indicate online up to 13 students to interview. Selected students sign up for an interview time online and meet one-on-one with employers at the West Des Moines campus of William Penn University for the Spring Interview Day (Friday, March 2, 2012).
