Early Bird Registration Deadline is Wednesday, August 23 (fee then increases from $350 to $400)

Overview of Recruiting Event

After requesting an interview schedule, recruiters receive instructions for posting their job and internship opportunities online through ICoRN CareerLink. Recruiters are encouraged to post all positions that may be of interest to college students. From August 30 - September 13, students from our 25 member institutions review the openings and submit their resumes and other requested documents online. On Wednesday, September 13, recruiters will receive an email with a link to all of their applications. The applications are available to view online, print, and/or save. Recruiters select students (plus alternates) to interview. On Friday, September 29, all pre-selected students and employers drive to Waverly and meet for 30 to 45 minutes for a face-to-face interview.

NEW Employers - Request an Account in ICoRN CareerLink:

Complete a brief registration profile in ICoRN CareerLink by clicking on the Register button. After receiving an email with your username and password, request an interview schedule (see below).

All Employers - Request an Interview Schedule:

Go to https://icorn-csm.symplicity.com/employers.
Enter your username (your email address) and password in the log-in section. If needed, click "Forgot Password" to create a new password.
From the right side of the home page select "Register for ICoRN Interview Event" under "SHORTCUTS."
The Recruiting Session to choose is "2017 Accounting Interview Day" and the OCR Model is "Preselect to Alternate."
Complete the remaining eight questions and click "Submit."

After receiving an email that your request has been approved, you will be able to post your job and/or internship openings for students to review. The one-time fee ($350) allows you to post unlimited jobs and internships for this event.

Overview of Recruiting Event

After requesting an interview schedule, recruiters receive instructions for posting their job and internship opportunities online through ICoRN CareerLink. Recruiters are encouraged to post all positions that may be of interest to college students. From October 9-20, students from our 25 member institutions review the openings and submit their resumes and other requested documents online. On Friday, October 20, recruiters will receive an email with a link to all of their applications. The applications are available to view online, print, and/or save. Recruiters select students (plus alternates) to interview. On Tuesday, November 7, all pre-selected students and employers drive to Sioux City and meet for 30 to 45 minutes for a face-to-face interview.

Recruiters are encouraged to post all positions that may be of interest to college students. In late January to early February, students from our 25 member institutions review the openings and submit their resumes and other requested documents online. Early February recruiters will receive an email with a link to all of their applications. The applications are available to view online, print, and/or save. Recruiters select students (plus alternates) to interview. On date yet to be decided in February 2018, all pre-selected students and employers drive to West Des Moines and meet for 30 to 45 minutes for a face-to-face interview.
